Krovel company was founded in 1993. with main business in designing, manufacturing and maintenance of automation systems in the industry, CNC control and central control and monitoring systems. Over the past years we have proven to be reliable performers and innovators with the scope of work at home and abroad.
In addition to the design and implementation of automation systems is our great honor collaboration with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science – Zagreb – in the education of students, implementation of new technologies and to participation in projects. With Department of Energy and Power Systems we have cooperataion since 1994. and during that time we were engaged in making teaching aids to automate power plants, courses in the field of PLC/PAC and SCADA systems, and designing measurement and telemetry systems.
We are particularly proud of the systems we have designed and performed abroad in cooperation with the company Landucci Federigo – Viareggio / Italy. Since 1993. when we started the development of monitoring, management and control system for Mega Yachts. Our company designed and performed a dozen applications on new construction by renowned shipyards such as FIPA, Falcon, Benetti, Perini Navi. These experiences were used to us later in the development and execution of the monitoring system for drilling platform.
From 2008. company Krovel is exclusive distributor for Beckhoff products. Beckhoff implements open automation systems based on PC Control technology. The product range covers Industrial PCs, I/O and Fieldbus Components, Drive Technology and automation software. The Beckhoff “New Automation Technology” philosophy represents universal and open control and automation solutions that are used worldwide in a wide variety of different applications, ranging from CNC-controlled machine tools to intelligent building automation.
